Ultra Music Festival, the world's premiere electronic music festival, held in Miami's South Beach, served to be more than an alliance of the art.

Madonna is being criticized by Deadmau5 for her welcoming comment to the crowd. She addressed the crowd with "How many people in this crowd have seen Molly?" "Molly" is a term used to refer to MDMA, one of the drug ecstasy's main ingredients.

Deadmau5, in return tweeted:"It's a slap in the face, associating a potentially harmful substance to the work and passion we put in to make art." 

Also facebooking:"Very classy there Madonna." "'HUR DUR HAS ANYONE SEEN MOLLY?' Such a great message for the young music lovers at Ultra."

"I can appreciate Madonna's metoric career, and all good deeds done, but WHAT THE F--- WAS THAT?...That's your big message to Ultra attendees? Hipsterspeak for looking for drugs? F--- off you f---ing IDIOT."

"Quite the f'in philanthropist."

Madonna's response was a picture posted on twitter:

"From one mouse to another. I don't support drug use and I never have. I was referring to the song called 'Have you seen Molly?' written by my friend Cedric Gervais who I almost worked with on my album."

WHY WAS SHE ELIMINATED FROM RU PAUL'S DRAG RACE??? As a blogger, I have searched the internet for just a clue of the real truth behind her disqualification and much to my dismay (and millions of others), we're clueless.

From estrogen, to drugs, to sexual misconduct, to communication with the "outside world" during taping, to allegations that he's a she, there is no truth being uttered.

On his/her final episode of RPDR, she was very quiet and threw up off of the stage during the final minutes.

After reading, countless interviews since the episode aired, all I have to say is "I don't care why she was DQ'ed. Get her back next episode."

In another shocking twist, Ru Paul announced on yesterday's episode that one of the contestants that sashayed away, will be brought back. Fingers, legs, arms, and heart crossed that they will bring her back.

She brings a breath of fresh air to the show at the same time that she oversees the other drag queens, almost like a mother figure.

Latrice, born in Compton, lives in South Florida. You can take the girl out of Compton, but you can't take the girl out of the boy out of Compton...

This drag superstar is going to be big (again, no pun intended).

Last night on Ru Paul's drag race, she let Phi Phi, the three-faced bitch of all drag queens, have it:

Preparing to begin shooting for the Disney movie Maleficent, Angelina spoke to Entertainment Weekly:


What’s next for you as an actor? You were in talks to do a Luc Besson film?
I do hope to work with Luc one day, but we haven’t figured out what that is.  The next thing I’m doing is Maleficent for Disney. I start it in June, and it’s a really great script. I’m having a lot of fun. I’ve already got my horns fitted. My kids are very happy.

In this version, Sleeping Beauty is the nemesis instead of the good guy …?
It’s not anti-princess, but it’s the first time they’re looking at this epic woman.

Is it sympathetic to her, or is she a straight-up villain?
It’s both. I hope in the end you see a woman who is capable of being many things, and just because she protects herself and is aggressive, it doesn’t mean she can’t have other [warmer] qualities. You have to figure out the puzzle of what she is.

So there are some redeeming qualities to Maleficent the witch?
It sounds really crazy to say that there will be something that’s good for young girls in this, because it sounds like you’re saying they should be a villain. [Maleficent] is actually a great person. But she’s not perfect. She’sfar from perfect.

There’s a tradition of taking a classic character who is a villain and telling the story from his or her perspective. John Gardner did it with the 1971 novel Grendel, and more recently we got the witch’s story in Gregory Maguire’s Wicked, and the musical it inspired. We like it when the bad guy is deeper than we thought.
In general, it’s a very good message to say, “let’s look at something from the other side.” But then also, what our challenge will be — and the script writer [The Lion King and Alice in Wonderland’s Linda Woolverton] has already cracked it — is not to simplify it, not to just reverse the story but tell a bigger story that doesn’t point the finger [at Princess Aurora] either. It doesn’t flip it.

Since it’s a Disney film, will this version of Maleficent be close to the one we know from their 1959 animated film?
We’re still figuring out the look. We’re experimenting with different things. But the horns are the horns – you can’t deny them. You have to have horns.

Britney Spears is close to signing a contract with the popular television show "the X-Factor". It is reported that the pen is in her hand and that she will be making a reported $15 million dollars to judge the show. Other names being thrown in the air to judge are Beyonce, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson.

Spears was in court on the 22nd of this month to get approval from her judge; as all contracts and legal transactions need to be approved. The judge said ok and that she thinks that Spears is ready for this role.

The X-Factor is not just about being a great singer or performer, it is about having that special "Oomph" that makes a celeb and we all now that Britney definitely has that!

MDNA? I'd rather be on MDMA than listen to the new music that Madonna is coming out with...

Don't get me wrong. I loved Madonna all through the 80's & 90's and I pushed myself to like her during the early 21st century, but I need some reinventing to keep me interested. Madonna has always been a chameleon. Always able to transform into what the crowds wanted from her. In the 80's, we were swooned over by her raunchy, material girl persona that kept us interested in what she was going to do next... what law was going to be broken and would she be arrested for it? We were enthralled by her tour videos and the behind the scenes with her dancers and love affairs. In the 90's, we saw another side of Madonna. The whole shabang! When she released her book of pictures called SEX, we knew that she wasn't done with the crave for fame. Ready to reveal it all to the world. Still loved her then.

I went to her Drowned World Tour in 2000 and although I was close enough to see every wrinkle in her skinny old face, I still was wooed by her ability to bring an arena to their feet.

Somewhere between then and now, she got lost in this illusion that people only wanted to hear dance music and that it didn't matter what the lyrics said because people didn't care.

Well, I don't think so, Madge. People are beginning to realize that a beat is a beat and that real music, by real artists, involves talent. Like Adele. Or newer bands like Gotye or FUN.

I'm seeing a change in the music industry. People are looking past the pop artists that are sounding the same all the time and looking more toward new bands with new sounds and amazing vocals.

Madonna's "Gimme all your Luvin" was her first single to flop off the charts like a fish out of water.

It's time to reinvent yourself as either the revived POP QUEEN (which we all know is possible) or a retired Pop Artist (which seems a little more likely).

Rihanna, obviously thinks that sporting the scars of an undying love is poetic. I think that it fits the "battered wife syndrome". "He loves me and does it because he cares". No, honey, run! During the assault, Brown told Rihanna that he wanted to kill her and tried to push her out of a moving vehicle. Striking her and making her put her head between her knees in fear.

I wrote earlier about Whitney Houston, and how it was sad that she had no one to turn to in her time of need, but I would rather be alone than with someone who thought that they could put their hands anywhere on my body... in an abusive way.

Where I come from this is called #d!ck-whipped.

Kim Kardashian was "flour bombed" at the West Hollywood launch party for her new fragrance. The "flour bomber" was released from police custody after Kim decided not to press charges. 


"Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder," Kardashian said jokingly, after the attack.



Although the reason for the attack has not been released, many say that it was in protest of her wearing fur.


Over the past few months, there have been other protests similar to this. "Glitter bombing" has been used to protest anti-gay marriage. Mitt Romney's attack being one of the more popular.


**If you're going to protest like this- remember that there are consequences. You can be charged with assault and battery among other charges. Please be sure that you stand for what you are protesting in support of. If you can't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

With all the controversy surrounding the death of this superstar, people are failing to cite her accomplishments and celebrate the life of a beautiful woman, mother and icon.

I, as most people were, was hoping that the autopsy showed that there was nothing in Mrs. Houston's body to indicate that drugs were a part of her death. However, even so, this was a troubled woman who with everywhere and everyone to turn to, but no one that could help.

It's sad to know that the people we admire from a far, we cannot reach. What was missing from her life, that made her choose the choices she did? Was it feeling that she peaked in her career and was spiraling downward? Was it a change in the music industry that no longer is based on talent, but gossip and controversy? Whatever the case was, we need to celebrate her life and not judge her based on how it ended.

RIP Whitney. We will always love you.

As a transvestite/transgender/post op-transexual, or whatever the truth may be, she should embrace the self-confidence that comes from being herself. 

There is no reason to hide your big hands behind your wigs, adopting children, surgeries, overly-sculpted boobs and ranting behavior. Any woman that has a mouth like Wendy is a man. A gay man. The closest thing to "broad" about you is your shoulders. 

The secret may appear safe to her and the other straight women who watch her show, but to any gay man/woman, the truth is obvious.

Some people have made allegations that Wendy's real name is Wendell and that she is a man. I would like someone to ask him to his face...

If someone has enough courage to ask you a question seriously, then you should be brave enough to answer truthfully.
